The Information Systems Engineering group of the Dipartimento Elettronica Informazione e Bioingegneria at Politecnico di Milano (https://www.deib.polimi.it/eng/research-lines/details/85) is looking for highly motivated and talented candidates to apply for postdoctoral/postgraduate fellowship positions.
Candidates must hold a MSc or a PhD in computer science or related degrees and are expected to have interests in at least one of the following topics:
- privacy governance in federated data lakes
- efficient data management in the computing continuum
- process analysis/mining in the Justice domain
- PhD position within the Italian National PhD in Sustainable Development and Climate change on the theme “Assessing droughts socio-economic impact combining social media and drought indexes”, starting in November 2022 link
- data preparation for the analysis of multisource information
Good communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required for all positions and in addition for positions in topic 3 a good working knowledge of Italian is preferable.
